MeSH 2026 Update - Update All Fields Report

<b>(Includes MeSH 2023 - 2026 changes)</b> The MeSH 2026 Update - Update (All Fields) Report lists each individual modification made to a Descriptor or Supplementary Concept Record (SCR). More than one field on a term can be modified during YEP, resulting in a term having multiple entries on the list. <b>This report includes MeSH changes from previous years, starting from 2023.</b><b>（包含医学主题词表（MeSH）2023至2026年修订内容）</b> 《MeSH 2026版更新——全字段更新报告》逐一列出了针对描述符（Descriptor）或补充概念记录（Supplementary Concept Record，SCR）所作出的每一项修订。在年度编辑流程（YEP）期间，单个术语的多个字段均可被修订，因此该术语会在报告列表中出现多条条目。<b>本报告涵盖自2023年起的历年MeSH修订内容。</b>
