This dataset collects and counts overdue elevator maintenance data of different elevator maintenance units in Fuyang District, analyzes the work quality of each maintenance unit, helps optimize safety management and staffing for maintenance units, and enables local regulatory authorities to interview maintenance units rated as "warning", strengthen supervision, increase daily maintenance frequency and contents, so as to reduce elevator safety hazards. It also provides data support for relevant personnel in charge of formulating cooperation plans.

1. Data Collection: Collect relevant data on overdue maintenance situations of various elevator maintenance units in Fuyang District via elevator Internet of Things (IoT) devices and alarm receiving platforms.
2. Data Processing: Clean, analyze and sort the collected raw data to obtain required data fields: maintenance unit, statistics time, region, maintenance type, number of overdue maintenance elevators, and number of involved residential communities.
3. Data Calculation:
Unit's overdue maintenance elevator proportion = Total number of overdue maintenance elevators of the unit throughout the year / Total number of overdue maintenance elevators in Fuyang District throughout the year
Unit's involved residential community proportion = Total number of residential communities involved in overdue maintenance of the unit throughout the year / Total number of residential communities involved in overdue maintenance in Fuyang District throughout the year

4. Early Warning Evaluation: Adopt IF functions to conduct graded evaluation on algorithm results.
Regarding the proportion of overdue maintenance elevators: IF [0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1], grade A is marked as "+"; IF [proportion > 0.1], grade A is marked as "-".
Regarding the proportion of involved residential communities: IF [0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1], grade B is marked as "+"; IF [proportion > 0.1], grade B is marked as "-".
When both grade A and grade B are "+", the overall evaluation of the unit is "qualified"; all other situations are rated as "warning". Local regulatory authorities will interview maintenance units with the "warning" rating, strengthen supervision, increase daily maintenance frequency and contents, so as to reduce elevator safety hazards.
