本数据集来自丙烯酸产治协同工艺的流程模拟,包括进料流量数据、两个串联反应器的温度控制回路数据、若干精馏塔的温度控制回路数据和单个精馏塔的组分浓度控制回路数据。全流程工艺为两步法制丙烯酸,即丙烯合成丙烯醛,丙烯醛再进一步反应生成丙烯酸。根据该数据可以获得扰动下各控制回路的响应曲线,计算各控制回路的调节时间、峰值时间、超调量等信息,根据各项参数分析系统的动态性能,从而对控制器进行优化。由于本数据集采集了温度、流量、组分控制回路在原料进料流量扰动下的动态响应数据,以及稳定工况下各主要流股的详细信息数据。可用于生产调度优化、软测量建模等APP的设计,并在此基础上形成了论文《Multi-objective Optimization Control of Industrial Organic Pollutants Treatment Process》、专利《一种有机污染物治理的云边协同优化智能管控系统》、软著《基于NSGA-II的多相态有机污染物处理工艺多目标优化软件》等知识产权,数据量827KB。

This dataset is derived from the process simulation of the collaborative production and treatment process for acrylic acid. It includes feed flow rate data, temperature control loop data for two series-connected reactors, temperature control loop data for several distillation columns, and component concentration control loop data for a single distillation column. The full process adopts the two-step acrylic acid production method: propylene is first synthesized into acrolein, which then undergoes further reaction to produce acrylic acid. Based on this dataset, the response curves of each control loop under disturbances can be obtained, and indicators such as the settling time, peak time, and overshoot of each control loop can be calculated. The dynamic performance of the system can be analyzed using these parameters to optimize the controller. This dataset collects dynamic response data of temperature, flow rate, and component concentration control loops under disturbances of the raw material feed flow rate, as well as detailed data of each main stream under steady-state operating conditions. It can be used for the design of applications such as production scheduling optimization and soft sensing modeling. Based on this dataset, intellectual property achievements including the paper "Multi-objective Optimization Control of Industrial Organic Pollutants Treatment Process", the patent titled "Cloud-edge Collaborative Optimization-based Intelligent Control and Management System for Organic Pollutant Treatment", and the software copyright titled "Multi-objective Optimization Software for Multiphase Organic Pollutant Treatment Process Based on NSGA-II" have been developed. The total size of this dataset is 827 KB.
