C6 glioblastoma microRNA regulation induced by haloperidol, risperidone and clozapine

Antipsychotic drugs (APDs) have been reported to ease psychotic symptoms in the clinic. miRNAs have also been identified that can regulate the expression of genes/proteins related to possible molecular mechanisms of drug action. To reveal APD-induced miRNA modulations in glial cells, we analyzed miRNA expression in subchronically APD-treated C6 cells by using a miRNA microarray.
