TRANSPARENCY OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD BUDGET WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE UZBEKISTAN 2030 STRATEGY

This article analyzes the issues of ensuring the transparency of the mahalla budget within the framework of the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy from a scientific, theoretical and practical perspective. In the process of modernization of the local government system, openness, accountability and expanding citizen participation are considered important factors. The study highlights the transparent mechanisms for using financial resources at the mahalla level, their impact on socio-economic efficiency, and their role in strengthening trust between the state and society. The results show that the transparency of the mahalla budget is an important tool for regional development and strengthening civil society.
