This is an Asian food balances dataset published by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), part of the FAOSTAT statistical database. It covers food supply, consumption, and balance information for 42 Asian countries from 2010 to 2023, containing 891,965 rows of data with 119 food items and 21 statistical elements (such as production, imports, exports, stock variation, domestic supply, etc.). The data is repackaged in a machine learning and analysis-ready Parquet format to support food security, agricultural policy, and related research.
