Expression data from Eomes+ and Eomes- CD8 T cells following aOX40/aCTLA-4 treatment

Development, maturation, and function of CD8 T cells is regulated by transcription factor expression. Expression of the transcription factor Eomesodermin was found to be significantly increased in CD8 T cells following aOX40/aCTLA-4 immunotherapy in mice. We used microarray analysis to detail gene expression in Eomes+ and Eomes- CD8 T cells following aOX40/aCTLA-4 treatment to determin functional differences between these two populations. MCA-205 tumor bearing male Eomes-GFP C/57BL6 mice were treated with aOX40 and aCTLA-4 when tumors reached a size of 50-80mm2. Tumors were harvested seven days after the start of treatment and sorted for GFP+ and GFP- CD8 T cells by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting for gene array analysis by 3 independent experiments.
