巢湖藻华时空分布数据集（2023年）

本数据集基于MODIS卫星影像提取巢湖区域，然后进行去云、几何校正处理，利用本所研究成果（反演模型），提取巢湖的蓝藻水华分布，value值为藻华每个像元的百分比。 数据集为巢湖藻华时空分布数据集（2023年），包含了349个tif栅格文件，可查询湖内任意点的具体水华反演值信息。数据命名格式为MAqua_bloom_DATE_CH.tif。
This dataset extracts the Chaohu Lake area from MODIS satellite imagery, followed by cloud removal and geometric correction processing. Utilizing the inversion model developed based on the research achievements of our institute, it extracts the cyanobacterial bloom distribution in Chaohu Lake, with the pixel value representing the percentage of algal blooms in each corresponding pixel. This is the 2023 Chaohu Lake Cyanobacterial Bloom Spatiotemporal Distribution Dataset, which contains 349 TIFF raster files. It enables querying the specific inversion-derived algal bloom values for any point within the lake. The naming format for the dataset files is MAqua_bloom_DATE_CH.tif.
