Database of Interacting Proteins

The database of interacting protein (DIP) database stores experimentally determined interactions between proteins. It combines information from a variety of sources to create a single, consistent set of protein-protein interactions. The data stored within the DIP database were curated, both manually by expert curators and automatically using computational approaches that utilize the the knowledge about the protein-protein interaction networks extracted from the core DIP data.相互作用蛋白质数据库（Database of Interacting Proteins, DIP）收录经实验测定的蛋白质间相互作用数据。该库整合多源信息，以构建一套统一且一致的蛋白质相互作用数据集。DIP数据库内存储的数据均经过双重质控：既由专业人工编校人员开展手动审校，也依托从DIP核心数据中提取的蛋白质相互作用网络知识，通过计算方法完成自动审核。
