Retrieving and analyzing invention patent data of dyed fabrics based on custom-defined rules to understand the status of dyed fabric-related invention patents is conducive to the transformation of relevant scientific and technological achievements, grasping the development trends and core technologies in the dyed fabric field, and helping enterprises avoid redundant R&D and intellectual property infringement. Data Source: Patent data related to dyed fabric inventions from the Chinese Patent Database. Algorithm Rules: This dataset adopts the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) model, assigning corresponding coefficients to eight patent value dimensions: patent validity period, number of inventors, agency situation, number of citations, number of family patents, number of claims, and number of litigation cases. The sum of these eight value dimensions is defined as the comprehensive patent value, and the IFS function is used to judge the patent value, which is used to evaluate the value of existing patents and provide technical support for technicians in this field, market entities, and achievement transformation institutions. The specific algorithm rules are as follows: 1. Patent validity period score: The number of years from the current date to the estimated expiration date, with 1 point awarded per year; 2. Number of inventors score: The total number of inventors, with 1 point awarded per inventor; 3. Agency situation score: 5 points if there is a patent agency, 0 points if there is none; 4. Number of citations score: +10 points for each citation received; 5. Number of family patents score: +1 point for each additional family patent; 6. Number of claims score: Taking 10 claims as the benchmark, subtract 1 point for each claim fewer than 10, and add 1 point for each claim more than 10; 7. Number of litigation cases score: +50 points for each involved litigation case.
