Waipa District Plan - Policy Areas - Character

The policy areas identify where certain resource management issues are addressed in the District Plan, such as heritage, indigenous biodiversity and landscape. NOTE: This dataset can only be downloaded in a WGS 1984 projection. For accurate spatial analysis in New Zealand, ensure it is reprojected to the NZ standard projection. This dataset contains Character related information: Character Cluster Character Defining and Non-Defining Property Character Precinct Character Street The Waipa District Plan was made operative on 14 August 2017 and has legal effect from this date.
