VPRS 11700 Court of General Sessions Judges' Note Book

This series comprises notes made by Judges during or pertaining to County Court General Sessions proceedings. Any party to an action or matter could ask the judge to make a note on aspects of the trial or hearing (County Court Act, s 75). Plaintiffs or appellants wishing to appeal to the Supreme Court could request a copy of the County Court judge's notes (County Court Act, ss 74 and 75).
