We determined the target gene sets controlled by NUP93 in maintaining in undifferentiated state of primary human keratinocytes. Overall design: We use primary human keratinocytes pooled from 6 donors. RNA-seq data comparing keratinocytes with NUP93 knockdown (2 independent shRNAs) vs control (2 independent control shRNAs) were generated.
