18650圆柱电芯内短路等效研究数据主要面向锂离子电池储能系统故障演化机理研究及电池安全性诊断需求建设。该数据集基于北京理工大学西山实验区的实验平台,通过Arbin LBT 6V10A电池测试系统和高低温试验箱,并结合10A@250VAC欧姆龙继电器实现对并联等效电阻的精准通断控制,采用开尔文四线接法对电压和电流进行高精度采集。数据主要记录了18650圆柱型2.4Ah电芯在恒功率储能工况中模拟早期内短路故障的电压、电流动态变化过程。测试时间为2022年9月至2023年2月,总体数据规模约1.00GB,数据格式为.xlsx。实验过程遵循GB 28031-2020国家标准,接触电阻稳定控制,确保数据采集的高精度与可重复性,为构建电池故障演化与热失控多维图谱及知识库提供了可靠的数据支撑。
Equivalent internal short circuit research dataset for 18650 cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells was developed to address the research needs of fault evolution mechanisms of lithium-ion battery energy storage systems and battery safety diagnosis. Based on the experimental platform at the Xishan Experimental Zone of Beijing Institute of Technology, this dataset adopts the Arbin LBT 6V10A battery test system and high-low temperature test chamber, combined with an Omron 10A@250VAC relay to achieve precise on-off control of the parallel equivalent resistance, and uses the Kelvin four-wire measurement method for high-precision acquisition of voltage and current. It mainly records the dynamic voltage and current change processes of 18650 cylindrical 2.4Ah battery cells simulating early-stage internal short circuit faults under constant-power energy storage operating conditions. The test period spanned from September 2022 to February 2023, with a total data size of approximately 1.00 GB, and the data is stored in .xlsx format. The experimental procedure complies with the national standard GB 28031-2020, with stable control of contact resistance to ensure high precision and repeatability of data acquisition. This dataset provides reliable data support for the construction of a multi-dimensional atlas and knowledge base of battery fault evolution and thermal runaway.
