Effect and Mechanism of Dendrobium Chrysotoxum Polysaccharide on the Prevention and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease in Mice

In this study, a mouse model of IBD was induced by 2.7% DSS solution. RT-qPCR and Western Blotting were used to detect the expressions of tight junction protein and anti-inflammatory cytokines at mRNA and protein levels. The composition and distribution of intestinal flora and the content of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) were observed.
