Neofelis nebulosa Raw sequence reads

This project involved analysis of whole genome sequencing data from a subset of clouded leopards from the clouded leopard conservation breeding colony of the Smithsonian's National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute in Front Royal, Virginia, USA. These data were analyzed by participants and faculty in the 10-day course "Bioinformatics for Conservation Genomics" at the Smithsonian-Mason School of Conservation, March 20-29, 2023.
