本数据集基于张永华教授“情志辨证”理论，整合了其工作室失眠患者的门诊诊疗数据。数据严格遵循浙江省“中医处方一件事”标准，涵盖患者基本信息（年龄、性别、身高、体重、首诊时间）及详细诊疗记录（包括主诉、现病史、中医四诊信息、诊断、证型、中西药处方等）。所有数据均经泛化、脱敏等匿名化处理，并进行了专业评估，确保无法识别个人身份，全面保障患者隐私。数据集在合规安全的基础上，为中医临床科研与产业化应用提供高质量数据支撑。This dataset is built upon the "Emotional Pattern Identification" theory proposed by Professor Zhang Yonghua, and integrates outpatient diagnosis and treatment data of insomnia patients from his clinical studio. The data strictly adheres to the "One-stop Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription" standard of Zhejiang Province, covering basic patient information including age, gender, height, weight and initial consultation time, as well as detailed medical records such as chief complaints, current medical histories, four diagnostic methods of TCM, clinical diagnoses, syndrome types, Chinese and Western medicine prescriptions and other relevant contents. All data have been processed with anonymization measures including generalization and de-sensitization, and have undergone professional evaluations to ensure that individual identities cannot be identified, thus fully protecting patient privacy. Based on the premise of compliance and data security, this dataset provides high-quality data support for TCM clinical research and industrial applications.
