In Puéchabon and Pic Saint Loup forests (FR), 1495 reflectance measurements were performed in the VSWIR range (from visible to shortwave infrared) between 350 nm and 2500 nm with a spectral resolution of 1 nm by using 3 ASD spectroradiometers and a reference Spectralon white panel. Different surface types were sampled in the field: top of canopies, tree trunks and several backgrounds (i.e. grass, limestone, bare soil, leaf litter, dirt road and mix of these types).
