Buchnera aphidicola genome annotation

Annotation of an assembly of the aphid (Sitobion avenae) endosymbiont Buchnera aphidicola. Assembly was generated from PacBio HiFi data using Flye1 assembler (v2.8) and annotated using prokka2.
