Base Editing Facilitated EGFR Drug Resistance Discovery

Here in this research, we applied dual base editor (gTBE-SpRY-gGBE-foldon) for PC-9 EGFR mutagenesis. Then we applied different drugs and drug combinations to investigate potential drug resistance mutations. In this project, we provide raw sequencing data of plasmid, samples, and blank, which contains information about sgRNA abundance before/after drug treatment.
