Expression data from Human gastric cancer cells (BGC‐823)

The goal of this study is to analyze the expression data from Human gastric cancer cells (BGC‐823) followed by PGRN-downregulation and search potential therapeutic targets of diseases associated with Helicobacter pylori infection Total RNA of three siNC and three si-PGRN samples were extracted using Trizol. Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol. Following fragmentation, cRNA were hybridized on PrimeView Human Gene Expression Array. GeneChips were scanned using the Hewlett-Packard GeneArray Scanner 3000. Finally, the data were analyzed with RMA using Affymetrix default analysis settings and global scaling as normalization method.
