资源简介:

Numerical data of "Universality beyond the Kibble-Zurek mechanism in the condensation of coherently coupled Bose gases". arXiv:2606.24864 [cond-mat.quant-gas] (Preprint) Simulation data are from stochastic projected Gross-Pitaevskii equation (SPGPE) simulation for binary mixture of Bose-Einstein condensates with coherent Rabi coupling between two hyperfine states. Dataset Structure The "Norm_evolution" folder contains condensate norm evolution data for quench times ranging from tau = 1 to 1000. The data are organized into subfolders named Tau_1 to Tau_1000. Each subfolder contains results from 100 independent noise realizations, stored in files named fort.001 to fort.100. Each file consists of three columns: Column 1: time; Column 2: number of atoms in component 1; and Column 3: number of atoms in component 2. The "density_profiles" folder contains raw SPGPE numerical data. This folder contains subfolders for each quench time ranging from tau = 1 to 1000, named Tau_001 to Tau_1000. Each Tau folder contains fort.* files for 100 stochastic realizations, ranging from fort.001 to fort.100. Each file consists of six columns: Column 1: x coordinates; Column 2: y coordinates; Column 3: density of component 1; Column 4: density of component 2; Column 5: phase of component 1; and Column 6: phase of component 2. Please refer to the README.txt file for more information. Some Tau_* folders contain more than 100 stochastic realizations for additional statistical analyses. In "Vortex_scaling", data for KZM scaling of elementary vortices from both phases and full quantum vortices (FQVs) are contained in the folders "defect_scaling_phasewise" and "FQV_scaling", respectively. Inside the "defect_scaling_phasewise" folder, elementary vortex scaling data for quench times ranging from tau = 1 to 1000 are provided in "vortex_scaling.txt". The "FQV_scaling" folder contains the FQV scaling data, including the fitting data in "full_vortex_scaling.txt" and the corresponding statistical error data in "full-vortex-std-dev.txt". The "Vortex_spacing_scaling" folder contains data for spacing scaling over the range of quench times. The file "spacing_results.txt" contains spacing scaling data without considering the vortex winding (topological charge) for elementary vortices from both phases and FQVs. KZM scaling data for vortices considering their topological charge are provided in "spacing_winding.txt", with the corresponding statistical error data in "spacing_winding_error.txt". The corresponding FQV data are contained in "full_spacing_winding.txt". The "numerical_profiles" folder contains the raw data used for the statistical analysis (histograms) presented in our work. For more details, please refer to the README.txt file. The "voronoi_data" folder contains all Voronoi analysis data with raw SPGPE data. "histogram_data_phase1.txt" and "histogram_data_phase2.txt" contain the raw statistical data for the Voronoi cell areas of vortices from component 1 and component 2, respectively, from all stochastic realizations, used to construct the histograms in our manuscript. Similar Voronoi cell area data for FQVs are stored in the file "histogram_voronoi_area_FQVs.txt". Also, the "density_profiles" folder contains the raw numerical data for this analysis. Each fort.* file corresponds to a single stochastic realization. Inside the "SFF" folder, the "profiles" folder contains the raw numerical SPGPE data for tau = 50 that we used to calculate the SFF in our study. These data can be used directly to reproduce the SFF analysis. Each fort.* file corresponds to an independent stochastic realization. It contains more realizations than those used in our analysis.
