Number of pupils in year T-2 registered in the municipality who completed their upper secondary education with a degree from a pre-university programme that in year T started a university/university education (regardless of where those studies take place), divided by the number of pupils in year T-2 registered in the municipality who completed their upper secondary education with a degree from a pre-university programme. To be counted as a student at a university or higher education institution, you must have been registered at a university or higher education institution and received some form of study finance (regardless of how much) or have completed higher education credits in the same year and not be classified as established on the labour market. Data are available according to gender breakdown.
