Data and scripts for the paper "The evaluation of different combinations of enzyme set, aligner and caller in GBS sequencing of soybean"GBS soybean libraries for 15 samples with corrsponding tsv files for stacks. ApeKI, PstI-MspI and HindIII-NlaIII enzyme combinations were used. WGS SNPs called with GATK also added for the same set of samples.
