EN-SedML data:; A QRF_based continuous March–May suspended-sediment load series (1990–2025) with TSS grab samples, RUSLE soil-loss rasters, and Sentinel-2 SSC record, Enkare Narok River Basin, Kenya
收藏资源简介:
Data supplementing the EN-SedML workflow (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23771555) and the associated article in the Journal of Soils and Sediments (submitted), for the Enkare Narok River Basin, south-western Kenya (961.6 km², 30 sub-basins). TSS grab samples: 88 total suspended solids measurements at the basin outlet, 8 April 2024 – 27 May 2025 (Standard Methods 2540 D). RUSLE rasters: R, K, LS, C, P factors and soil loss A, with the 30 sub-basin boundaries and zonal statistics; 57% of potential soil loss comes from 16% of the basin. Continuous series: daily March–May TSS load at the outlet, 1990–2025, from a Quantile Regression Forest trained on 68 grab samples, with Meinshausen 5–95% prediction intervals, raw and grab-sample-corrected loads, and calibration weights for calibrating process-based models such as SWAT+. It is accompanied by the independent Sentinel-2 outlet SSC record, March–May 2020–2025 (uncalibrated proxy). Each zip contains a README, a data dictionary and SHA256 checksums. Series values are model estimates, not observations. Discharge data belong to the Water Resources Authority (WRA), Kenya, and are not redistributed.
