Maize LBD30 (ZmMS1) is a transcription factor and is specifically expressed in anthers. To identify downstrem target genes of ZmMS1, we generated proZmMs1: GFP-ZmMs1 transgenic maize lines, collected stage 9 to stage10 anther materials and performed ChIP. Libraries for ChIP-seq were constructed, including the three incubated with anti-GFP antibody (LOB30IP_rep1/2/3) and the other four without the anti-GFP antibody (NC_rep1/2 and Input_rep1/2). These libraries were sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencer.
