Inhabitants per address

This dataset contains the addresses of the city of Hamburg with the number of population reported in the population register either alone or principally. The data will be updated once a year in the first quarter. For data protection reasons, the dataset can only be used within the administration and is the basis for the residents’ tool in various portals of the city of Hamburg. For data protection reasons, the number of inhabitants per address was kept secret for individual information. Values of less than three per address were either reduced to zero or increased to three. The address inventory also includes addresses where no residents are reported. Thus, addresses with a value of zero can be uninhabited or contain one or two inhabitants.
