One of our goal is to elucidate the molecular basis of the mushroom body (MB) development in the honey bee. First, we extracted MBs from five pupae and dispersed MB cells. Then, we stained nuclear by Hoechst33342 and separated 2n and 4n fraction ,respectively, using FACS. This data we will submit was obtained by RNA-seq analysis of each fraction with 3 biological replicates.
