Datasest in support of the thesis 'Non-typeable Haemophilus influenzae, Macrophage and Primary Respiratory Cell Cultures'

This dataset contains Raw data of CFU counts, TEER measurements and OD readings for CV, LDH assays and ELISAs. Confocal data was extracted from confocal microscopy images. All files are in .csv or .xlsx format and can be viewed in Excel. Numbers at the start of file names correspond to the relevant thesis chapters.
