主要应用于酒店行业的收益管理领域，通过分析市场需求、季节性波动、竞品定价、用户预订行为等多元数据，动态调整客房价格。该模型适用于酒店日常运营、节假日高峰期、会展活动、演唱会、高考、职业考试等场景，实现供需平衡下的收益最大化。该模型已嵌入“一码贵州”平台。Mainly applied in the revenue management domain of the hospitality industry, this model dynamically adjusts room rates by analyzing multivariate data including market demand, seasonal fluctuations, competitors' pricing, and users' booking behaviors. It supports scenarios such as daily hotel operations, peak holiday periods, exhibition and conference events, concerts, the National College Entrance Examination (Gaokao), and professional qualification exams, enabling revenue maximization under supply-demand equilibrium. This model has been integrated into the Yima Guizhou Platform.
