Availability according to the care guarantee, index (max = 100)

Index based on the four KPIs included in the care guarantee: contact with primary care on the same day, medical assessment within three days, expected less than 90 days before first contact with specialised care, expected less than 90 days for surgery/action within the specialised care. The region with best overall one gets 100 and that region with the lowest overall result from 0. The index is calculated by first normalising each KPI where the region with the best score is 100 and the worst one gets 0. Then an average of all four normalised values is calculated. The average is again normalised so that all regions have a value between 0 and 100.
