通过采集、分析国内氢燃料电池的知识产权相关数据,对数据按专利权利人进行归集,统计企业及个人在氢燃料电池中拥有的专利总数和专利布局情况和氢燃料电池现有专利分布数据,了解国内氢燃料电池企业及个人的专利大致情况,计算得到针对不同类型知识产权的数量及占比,以帮助氢燃料电池研发生产的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导。1、数据采集:通过区域、专利的IPC分类号、专利名称、关键字等信息,由第三方知识产权检索网站检索,对国内氢燃料电池相关的授权和审核中的发明专利、实用新型、外观专利的信息进行采集。2、数据处理:对采集到的原始数据进行处理,通过去除重复和有缺失的数据,对数据进行清理分类。3、数据计算:对采集的数据按专利权利人进行归集,统计该专利权利人和国内氢燃料电池整体的专利总数,及各类型专利的数量,发明专利数量/专利总数=发明专利占比,实用新型数量/专利总数=实用新型占比,外观专利数量/专利总数=外观专利占比。4、数据应用:根据企业各类专利的比例范围与氢燃料电池整体中各类专利占比情况相比较,了解企业专利布局情况,并为企业后续申报专利类型提供指导方向,为不同规模的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导,合理布局专利。
This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing domestic intellectual property (IP) data related to hydrogen fuel cells. Specifically, the data is aggregated by patent assignees, and the total number of patents, patent portfolio status, and current patent distribution data for enterprises and individuals engaged in hydrogen fuel cell-related fields are counted, to gain an overview of the IP landscape of domestic hydrogen fuel cell-related enterprises and individuals. Additionally, the quantity and proportion of different IP types are calculated, to support enterprises engaged in R&D and production of hydrogen fuel cells in formulating IP strategies and guiding patent applications.
1. Data Collection: Retrieve relevant data from third-party IP retrieval websites based on criteria including region, IPC classification numbers of patents, patent titles and keywords, to collect information on granted patents and patents under examination (including invention patents, utility model patents and design patents) related to domestic hydrogen fuel cells.
2. Data Processing: Process the collected raw data by removing duplicate and incomplete entries, and conduct data cleaning and classification.
3. Data Calculation: Group the collected data by patent assignees, and count the total number of patents for each assignee and the overall domestic hydrogen fuel cell sector, as well as the quantity of each patent type. Calculate the proportions as follows: Proportion of Invention Patents = Number of Invention Patents / Total Patent Count; Proportion of Utility Model Patents = Number of Utility Model Patents / Total Patent Count; Proportion of Design Patents = Number of Design Patents / Total Patent Count.
4. Data Application: Compare the proportion range of each patent type of an enterprise with the overall proportion of each patent type in the domestic hydrogen fuel cell sector, to evaluate the enterprise's patent portfolio status. Provide guidance on the types of patents to apply for in subsequent activities, assist enterprises of different scales in formulating IP strategies and guiding patent applications, and help achieve reasonable patent layout.
