Biogas slurry regulated soil bacterial community and function

The study site was located at the Demonstration Station for Fruit Cultivation of Hebei Agricultural University, in Baoding City (Hebei Province, China). This area is belonged to the foothill of the Taihang Mountain, and characterized by a warm temperate continental monsoon climate. Plant and soil samples were collected on 30th October, 2019, before the apple harvest. For each treatment, three replicates of three abreast trees were selected for the sampling of leaves, fruits, and soil in a plot.
