Growth Dynamics of microorganisms within the artificial microniches (Nanocultures)

This dataset contains video files of the microfabrication of microbial nanocultures, as well as the growth dynamics of the encapsulated cells. Pseudomonas aeruginosa cells were encapsulated in polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membrane nanocultures. Video data show stained cells, long-term encapsulation, the process of generation of the nanocultures using a microdevice, osmotic annealing of the nanocultures, and growth within the nanocultures. This dataset is related to dataset R4.x259.000:0003.
