BiciMAD. Economic quantification of service level compliance

The concessionaire of the public bicycle service invoices 80 % of the works carried out on a monthly basis. The remaining 20 %, is a maximum, to be billed quarterly according to the level of compliance of the service after the evaluation carried out by the technical services of the City Council according to the criteria established in the sheets of the Technical Prescriptions that governs the contract (documentation associated to the right). The document quantifies, of the maximum amount intended to pay the compliance with indicators of the level of the public bicycle service (20 % of the work carried out), what is the amount to be billed quarterly by the concessionaire of the service (in absolute and relative terms) according to the indicators of service levels.
