Sanger sequencing results of pre-miR-155, SOCS1, and cMyc-IRES plasmids

This is a supplemental dataset to a manuscript where we studied small molecules targeting disease-related RNA. This dataset includes the Sanger sequencing data to confirm the sequence of plasmids we used for this study, which include pre-miR-155 overexpressing plasmids, SOCS1 protein luciferase plasmid, and MYC-IRES luciferase plasmid.
