Proteomic study of F1 enrichment in MDA-MB-231 cells

This is a supplemental dataset for our manuscript entitled "Transcriptome-wide mapping of small molecule RNA binding sites in cells informs an isoform-specific degrader of QSOX1 mRNA". This dataset contains the proteomic study identifying 79 protein targets enriched by the small molecule probe, F1, in MDA-MB-231 cells as compared to the control probe.
