Preferred Flow Zone

Cartography of the Preferential Flow Zone determined in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of Royal Decree 849/1986, of April 11, approving the Regulations of the Hydraulic Public Domain. This area is constituted by the union of the area or areas where the flow is preferably concentrated during the avenues, or via intense drainage, and of the area where, for the avenue of 100 years of return period, serious damage can occur to people and property, with its outer boundary being delimited by the enclosure of both areas.
