Riverine CO2 and CH4 Emission Datasets: Pearl River

"Pearl_CO2_CH4" is the Supplementary Dataset for the manuscript entitled 'Magnitude of CO2 and CH4 emissions in the large subtropical Pearl River Basin'.The data includes the sampling date, location, concentrations and emission rates of CO2 and CH4 for spatial gas samples (n = 62) collected in the Pearl River in the wet season (July-August) and the dry season (December) of 2021.
