This study is to analyze the transcriptomic profiles of Plp-CreERT2;QkLoxP/LoxP (Qk-Plp-iCKO) mice and littermate controls to determine the differentially expressed genes after Qk deletion. Overall design: The Plp-CreERT2;QkLoxP/LoxP (Qk-Plp-iCKO) mice and littermate controls were injected with tamoxifen at postnatal day 7 and day 8 and their brains were collected at postnatal day 30. Total RNA was extracted by RNeasy Mini Kit and used for sequencing with Illumina HiSeq 2000 Sequencer.
