Field transcriptome analysis of Antarctic moss, Sanionia uncinata (hedw) loeske

Monthly transcriptome analysis were performed on Antarctic moss, Sanionia uncinata (hedw) loeske naturally habituated on the King George Island from 2015 February to 2016 January. In addition, from simulating climatic condition of natural habitat to the laboratory, transciptome analysis of climate-mimic conditioned sanionia plants were also performed. It is the first time that monthly transcriptome analysis has been conducted on Antarctic plants, especially mosses.
