Communal property

Location of the Communal Property of Navarra whose use and enjoyment corresponds to the common of the neighbors. The jurisprudence indicates that its ownership is shared with the local entity and the neighbors. This layer has the Property of Local Entities that, since studies carried out by the Section of Communals of the Government of Navarra, under the Foral Law 6/1990, of July 2, of the Local Administration of Navarra, are motivated and or justified as Property of Communal Character.
