Sequencing of Arabidopsis thaliana bglu mutant lines

Sequencing of bglu T-DNA insertion lines to identify the exact insertion position of the T-DNA and to investigate the exact border sequences with Sanger sequencing afterwards. The aim is a detailed characterization of the T-DNA insertion mutants to compare them later phenotypically to the Col-0 wildtype on metabolite level, to identify potential product compounds of the respective encoded enzymes, which are hypothetical GH1-type glycosyltransferases.
