通过对水上施工现场起重船、锚艇、拖轮、运输驳、交通船等多类型施工船舶，实时监测船舶上每台柴油机的工况和油耗，通过内置算法模型验证了船舶燃油监测系统的精度和准确性，结合船舶燃油指标预警分析和油耗报表，能实现在不同工况下、不同项目部、不同公司维度的船舶燃油消耗量定额差异分析、油耗监测设备的掉电、设备故障、异常油耗等多类场景的预警提醒。By conducting real-time monitoring of the operating conditions and fuel consumption of each diesel engine on various types of construction vessels including floating cranes, anchor boats, tug boats, transport barges and crew boats at water construction sites, the accuracy and precision of the shipboard fuel monitoring system were verified via built-in algorithmic models. Combined with ship fuel index early warning analysis and fuel consumption reports, this system enables differential analysis of ship fuel consumption quotas across multiple dimensions including different operating conditions, project departments and companies, as well as early warning alerts for multiple scenarios such as power outages of fuel consumption monitoring equipment, equipment malfunctions and abnormal fuel consumption.
