SFB1391 B02 Dataset "Impressing images: The aesthetics of coins during the Roman Empire"

The files archived here include the raw dataset harvested from publicly available records in Coin Hoards of the Roman Empire (CHRE), Fundmünzen der römischen Zeit in Deutschland (FMRD), Online Coins of the Roman Empire (OCRE), and the Portable Antiquities Scheme (PAS). The dataset (as of 28 March 2023) was processed and prepared for analysis by the project team to enable further work. This dataset forms the basis for the analyses conducted in the project "Impressing Images: The Aesthetics of Coins during the Roman Empire" (SFB 1391, subproject B02). The underlying source data are subject to copyright and/or database rights and the respective providers’ terms of use. For this reason, the extracted raw dataset may not be redistributed publicly via Zenodo. Please consult the original resources directly for access and reuse permissions.
