Scientific and accurate assessment of the influence of WeChat Official Accounts holds great theoretical and practical significance for clarifying the characteristics of WeChat information dissemination, deeply exploring the communication potential of the WeChat platform, and further standardizing and guiding dissemination behaviors on the platform. However, analyzing the influence of WeChat accounts solely using metrics such as reading volume and like count is overly one-sided. Therefore, this system adopts the unified WeChat Influence Index (WCI) to evaluate the communication influence of articles published by WeChat accounts in Yunnan Province among WeChat users, providing data references for assessing the influence of WeChat accounts in Yunnan Province and deeply exploring WeChat communication capabilities. The WeChat Influence Index reflects the communication capability and dissemination effect of accounts based on WeChat's dissemination strength.
Indicator System:
Collected Data: Daily average reading volume, daily average like count, per-article average reading volume, per-article average like count, maximum reading volume, maximum like count.
Evaluation Indicators: The evaluation is mainly conducted from three dimensions: overall communication influence (O), per-article communication influence (A), and peak communication influence (P).
WeChat Influence Index (WCI):
1. Overall Communication Influence O (42%): Daily Average Reading Volume (85%), Daily Average Like Count (15%)
2. Per-Article Communication Influence A (42%): Per-Article Average Reading Volume (85%), Per-Article Average Like Count (15%)
3. Peak Communication Influence P (16%): Maximum Reading Volume (85%), Maximum Like Count (15%)
