Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have garnered widespread attention due to their advantages such as high efficiency, low cost, and low-temperature solution processability. Thanks to advancements in preparation processes, optimization of device architectures, regulation of active layer compositions, modification of interfacial layers, and other related efforts, the certified power conversion efficiency (PCE) of PSCs has reached 27%, demonstrating enormous application prospects. However, device stability remains a critical bottleneck restricting their commercialization, and improving the stability of perovskite active layers is the core of solving this issue. This high-throughput perovskite material dataset was generated from experimental studies conducted by Soochow University between 2020 and 2024, and it includes a rich collection of data such as high-stability perovskite databases, high-throughput-prepared perovskite single crystals and thin films, and the optoelectronic properties of the aforementioned perovskite materials. The data collection covers methods for high-throughput preparation of perovskite single crystals and thin films, as well as testing techniques including ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) absorption spectroscopy. All data have undergone strict quality control and validation via multiple sets of experiments, ensuring high reliability. This dataset enables in-depth exploration of the relationship between the structure and stability of perovskite materials, providing theoretical support for the subsequent high-throughput design and synthesis of high-stability perovskite materials, thus holding significant academic and application value.
