不平衡率指标主要是看左右两轮的刹车轮差,是衡量汽车安全性的主要技术指标之一,如果这个值超标,则会出现左右轮刹车不平衡,汽车跑偏的现象。本数据可以对车辆的情况进行安全性评价,保证了车辆的安全性和检验结果的准确性。1、一轴不平衡率=过程差最大差值点相减(大值-小值)/左右轮最大行车制动力中大的值*100%
二轴不平衡率=过程差最大差值点相减(大值-小值)/左右轮最大行车制动力中大的值*100%
2、根据《GB7258-2017机动车运行安全技术条件》,《GB38900-2020机动车安全技术检验项目和方法》规定,一轴不平衡率合格范围:≤24%,二轴不平衡率合格范围:≤30%,当两个指标都符合规定方能判定合格。

The unbalance rate index, which mainly reflects the brake difference between the left and right wheels, is one of the core technical indicators for evaluating vehicle safety. If this index exceeds the standard, it will lead to unbalanced braking between the left and right wheels and vehicle deviation during braking. This dataset can be used to conduct safety assessments of vehicle conditions, ensuring both vehicle safety and the accuracy of test results.
1. Calculation formulas:
Single-axle unbalance rate = [(Maximum value of process difference - Minimum value of process difference) / Larger value of the maximum running braking forces of the left and right wheels] × 100%
Two-axle unbalance rate = [(Maximum value of process difference - Minimum value of process difference) / Larger value of the maximum running braking forces of the left and right wheels] × 100%
2. Qualification criteria:
In accordance with the provisions of "GB7258-2017 Technical Specifications for Safety of Operation of Motor Vehicles" and "GB38900-2020 Inspection Items and Methods for Motor Vehicle Safety Technology", the acceptable range of single-axle unbalance rate is ≤24%, and the acceptable range of two-axle unbalance rate is ≤30%. A vehicle is determined to be qualified only when both indicators meet the specified requirements.
3. Data application:
The unbalance rate test results of passenger cars can serve as the basis for vehicle safety evaluation, providing technical support for targeted supervision by regulatory authorities.
