CRISPRi/a screen of doxorubicin induced cardiotoxicity

Druggable genome of CRISPRi/a sgRNA libraries for druggable genes protecting doxorubicin induced cardiomyocyte toxicity using human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) derived cardiomyocytes. Vehicle (DMSO) and doxorubicin treated iPSC differentiated cardiomyocytes (iCMs). iCMs were transfected with sgRNA libraries and CRISPRi (dCas9-KRAB) or CRISPRa (dCas9-VPR). Two biological replicates were used in both CRISPRi and CRISPRa screens.
