2. Data Calculation and Pre-alarm Judgment:
The unattended cooking timestamp refers to the latest time when the unattended cooking probe status switches from "someone present" to "unattended". The elapsed unattended time = current reporting time - unattended cooking timestamp.
The status of unattended cooking pre-alarm (unattended cooking alarm) will be triggered when: the fire sensor status is in fire detection state, the unattended cooking probe status is unattended, and the elapsed unattended time exceeds the set unattended cooking pre-alarm delay (unattended cooking alarm delay).
The status of unattended stove oil temperature pre-alarm (unattended stove oil temperature alarm) will be triggered when: the fire sensor status is in fire detection state, the unattended cooking probe status is unattended, the real-time oil temperature exceeds the set pre-alarm oil temperature for unattended stoves (alarm oil temperature for unattended stoves), and the elapsed unattended time exceeds the pre-alarm delay for oil temperature of unattended stoves.
3. Data Application: This dataset is used to realize real-time monitoring of kitchen cooking fire status.
